I’ve been working with metal for the past 10 years, starting in welding applications, inspection, and metallurgy before shifting into robotics and automated processes. I started knife sharpening as a way to get back to using my hands. It was a welcome hobby to my wife who loves to cook as much as I love eating. Word got out about my hobby and suddenly I was overloaded with blades from friends, family, acquaintances, neighbours… I thought “Heck, why not make a few bucks off of doing what I love?” And here we are.
